Something about me...

I suppose you could call me a creative generalist, or what’s sometimes called a multipotentialite. I’ve always had many interests, a hunger to learn, and a need for variety. As a child, I was the one with an endless list of hobbies, switching schools as often as I changed my mind about what I wanted to become. Later, in work, I found it hard to stay in one place for too long. For a long time, this made me feel a little lost, like I didn’t quite know where I belonged.

But over the years, I’ve come to see this side of myself as a gift. It allows me to explore, to weave different passions together, and to stay curious. And in everything I do, there’s a red thread: a love for purity, truthfulness, for the raw and unfiltered essence of life.

I find that truth in photography, where I capture moments as they are, honest, unposed, real.

I find it in yoga, which entered my life during a difficult time and immediately felt like coming home. It gave me grounding, compassion, and a sense of purpose that I now love to share with others.

And I find it in writing, a way of expression that has always been with me, from my degree in journalism to my more personal explorations of vulnerability and connection.

Today, these three passions: yoga, photography, and writing, form the heart of what I do. And alongside them, I’ve started a new chapter: returning to university at the age of 35 to study psychology. I believe deeply in the power of therapy, self-inquiry, and mental health, and I dream of weaving these insights into my teaching, my creative work, and the way I connect with people.

Outside of all this, I’m someone who loves chocolate, walking barefoot, the ocean, and the smell of vanilla and coconuts. But more than anything, I love connecting and the journey of diving into myself, and encouraging others to do the same.
