Private classes
A private class is completely tailored to your needs and level, and focuses on your comfort and goals.
Whether group classes are too much for you, you want to dive deeper into asanas or you are a bit shy for that first experience, whatever reason, the class will adapt to you. There is space to answer all your questions and I like to take my time to listen to your story.

Private classes can take place at my studio or your home. It is possible to book a private class for multiple yogis.
A class lasts 1h-1,5h.
Prices start at €75/session.
Trauma-sensitive yoga
Traumatic experiences are often stored in the body, which can manifest as chronic pain, anxiety, or dissociation. Trauma-Sensitive Yoga helps people living with trauma reconnect with their bodies.
Through simple movements and mindful attention this approach to yoga is specifically designed to foster safety, self-agency, and body awareness, since trauma often leads to a disconnection from both body and emotions. Participants are at the center of the practice and are encouraged to make their own choices and maintain control over their experiences.

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is a gentle, evidence-based approach that focuses on restoring the relationship with the body and can be used as a complement to other forms of therapy. Rather than focusing on performance or physical achievement, it invites you to explore choice, awareness, and presence in your own body at your own pace.
If you feel that Trauma-Sensitive Yoga might support you, I warmly invite you to reach out. My classes are held with deep care and compassion, in a safe space where you can gently explore, at your own pace, what feels right for you.

Yoga at work
Burnout, stress, and constant pressure are some of the biggest challenges in today’s workplaces. More and more companies recognize this and want to actively support the well-being of their teams. Yoga is a simple yet powerful tool to do so.

By bringing yoga into the workplace, employees are given the chance to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. Regular practice can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and support both physical and mental resilience. Yoga also fosters better posture and body awareness, which can ease the strain of long hours at a desk.

Each session is adapted to the group’s level and needs, making it accessible for everyone, whether experienced or completely new to yoga. The exercises and techniques learned can easily be integrated into daily life, offering employees practical tools to manage stress, restore balance, and increase overall energy.
.
The format is flexible: sessions can be tailored in length, frequency, and setting to best fit your company’s rhythm and goals.
